Who can donate a collection?
Any person, family, entity, or company that legally owns a document, collection, or archive of interest to the university's documentary heritage or the history of the UAB.

How can a collection be donated?
The donation process must be carried out exclusively online through the following procedure:
Start the documentary collection donation procedure (link to the specific UAB process)
The General Archive Unit undertakes to respond to the request once the suitability of the collection has been assessed.

Why donate a collection to the UAB Archive?
Because it will ensure proper preservation, apply restoration processes if necessary, carry out archival processing, and promote its dissemination by making it available to the university community and the public.
