Ownership

The e-Office is the University's official online point of contact through which members of the university community and third parties can access information, services and electronic procedures.

This e-Office is owned by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, which guarantees the veracity, integrity and updating of the information and services that can be accessed through the e-Office.

The University guarantees confidentiality in communications that may affect public safety, honour, privacy and security of individuals, in accordance with the applicable legislation on archives, public databases and the protection of personal data.

The management and administration of the e-Office is the responsibility of the General Secretariat.
