Online with digital identification

The following identification systems can be used to carry out online procedures on the UAB e-Office:

• Digital Certificate: idCAT, T-CAT P, DNI-e, FNMT...
• Non-cryptographic systems: idCAT Mòbil i Cl@ve.

Certificats digitals

A digital certificate is the electronic equivalent of an identity document and is usually used to:

• To authenticate your identity, for example, to carry out an online procedure.
• To digitally sign a document or an email.

On the UAB Electronic Office, qualified digital certificates in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2014/910 of the European Parliament and of the Council on identification and trust services can be used, such as the following:

• idCAT certificate
• T-CAT P certificate
• Electronic NID
• FNMT's certificate

idCAT Mòbil i Cl@ve

What is idCAT Mòbil

It is an electronic identification and signature system (it only allows signing in environments prepared for this purpose, but does not allow signing PDFs) using mobile devices.

idCAT Mobile is a tool created by the AOC Consortium, in collaboration with the Generalitat de Catalunya, which makes it easier for citizens to carry out procedures with the Catalan public administration.

What is Cl@ve

It is the identity management system used by the General Administration of the State, which offers the following methods:

• Cl@ve Móvil: Authentication via an application on a mobile phone.
• Cl@ve PIN: Sending single-use passwords to your mobile phone. It has a time limit and can be renewed whenever needed. 
• Cl@ve Permanente: A stable username and password, for more frequent use.
