Creation and regulations

Regulations

  • Resolution of the Rector, of 20 May 2010, which makes public the Regulation of establishment of the Electronic Office of the University (DOGC no. 5687 - 06/08/2010). [See the resolution] [See the regulations].
    The purpose of this regulation is to create and regulate the operation of the electronic headquarters of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
  • Resolution of the Rector, of 17 February 2011, which makes public the Regulation of use of the electronic means in the field of this university (Official Bulletin of the Government of Catalonia no. 5843 - 23/03/2011). [See the resolution]  [See the regulations]
  • Instruction 03/2015 of the Secretary General, of 28 September, which establishes the operation of the electronic notice board of this university. [See the instruction] [Annex I] [Annex II]

The creation of the e-Office and its operation are governed by these regulations, but also by the applicable provisions of university regulations. and the laws listed below:

  • Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations
  • Law 40/2015, of 1 October, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector
  • Law 29/2010, of 3 August, on the use of electronic media in the public sector of Catalonia
  • Law 26/2010, of 3 August, on the legal regime and procedure of the public administrations of Catalonia

 

The implementation of the requirements established in the aforementioned regulations is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the second final provision of Law 26/2010, of 3 August, on the Legal Regime and Procedure of the Public Administrations of Catalonia, the second point of which establishes the following:

"2. Within the scope of the Administration of the Generalitat and the public bodies and entities that are linked to or depend on it, the rights recognised by this law may be exercised in relation to all the procedures and actions within their competence as of 1 January 2012, in accordance with the budgetary availability of each department,  public body and entity. To that end, within three months of the entry into force of the Law, the Government must establish and make public a calendar for the gradual adaptation of all the procedures and actions that require it."
