How to carry out an in-person procedure without digital identification at the UAB Registry

If you do not have a digital certificate, some procedures can be completed and the relevant documentation submitted in person at the UAB Registry

To formalise the application, you must follow the instructions below:

1. Open the form and fill in the details.

2. Print the form.

3. Sign the application (in handwriting).

4. Submit the application at any UAB Registry office.
