The Area of Financial Planning and Budgeting provides its suppliers with a tool that informs them about the status of their invoices where they can also check their tax retention document.
The Administrative Procurement Unit provides access to participation in procurement processes for the UAB's Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). It also offers the option to sign the Annexe for purchases relating to Next Generation projects.

This application does not include information about advance payments.
The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona expects invoices to be paid by bank transfer within an approximate period of 3 working days from when payment is ordered, in accordance with the payment terms established in article 4 of Law 3/2004 of 29 December (30 days from the invoice verification date).

This application allows access to participation in procurement procedures through the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) belonging to the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

Information about the procedure
Signing the attached document allows for compliance with the specific procurement requirements established in the regulations governing the EU Next Generation funds, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
The company will have to fill in the details of its legal representative, download the Annexe, sign it digitally, upload it to the platform and finally submit it from the same place. If, after reviewing the information, the UAB considers it to be incorrect, it may be requested again.
