Users, installation and management of T-CAT P
The T-CAT P is a personal software certificate, issued by the Open Administration of Catalonia Consortium (AOC), which allows you to sign documents and identify yourself as a person holding a position within the Catalan public administration.
Who can apply for the T-CAT P
At UAB, the use of this certificate is reserved for its academic and administrative staff who, depending on service requirements, need to authenticate or sign electronic documents.

You can apply for the T-CAT P via the Intranet, under the `Certificates and HSM-RedTrust¿ section:

We recommend that you make a copy of the certificate so that you can recover it in the event of loss.
If you use the certificate to sign documents (emails, PDF documents, etc.) or to carry out an online procedure, you must configure the software you will be using for this purpose.

The T-CAT P certificate is valid for four years. Once this period has passed, it can no longer be used.
