DIR3 Codes

It is a unified and common inventory for the entire administration, so that administrations can operate with each other and allow citizens electronic access to Public Services.

Article 66 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October on the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations provides that registration assistance offices are obliged to provide applicants with the identification code if the applicant does not know it. Likewise, public administrations must maintain and update a list of the valid identification codes on the relevant electronic portal.
