Frequently Asked Questions about Electronic Notifications
When an UAB operator files a notification in the computer system, the recipient of the notification receives an email and, if the number has been indicated, an SMS on their mobile phone.
Its technical requirements are minimal and must comply with the usual requirements of the electronic notification, which are detailed below:
You can access to an electronic notification by:
- From the "Identifica't per accedir-hi" link indicated in the email notice of this notification.
- From the link in the mobile phone warning message for this notification.
- From the Electronic Office of the la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, section "Electronic notification". If accessed via this Office, the code provided by eNOTUM cannot be used.
Notifications can be accessed through:
- Code provided by eNOTUM, except if to access the notification inbox is used the link of the UAB Electronic Office.
- idCAT Mobile.
- Digital certificate: idCAT, DNIe, T-CAT P, among others.
- Cl@ve.
If access to the notification box of the correct issuing body is checked, the notifying body can be contacted so that it can verify that electronic notifications have been received.
If you have identified yourself with a digital certificate, you must also check that the data of the recipient of the notifications (NIF/NIE) are matched with those of the digital certificate used.
The content of the electronic notification is accessible regardless of whether the notification has been accepted.
