Electronic noticeboard
The Electronic noticeboard on the e-Office platform uses a tool called e-Tauler belonging to the Open Administration Consortium of Catalonia, which guarantees all the requirements to ensure security, integrity, authenticity, availability, the impossibility of data indexing and the generation of evidence are met.
- Within the job board, searches can be carried out by subject, origin, and document type.
- You can also search for active or older postings.
- All the search criteria can be combined.
- This job board or noticeboard will be operational from 28 September 2015, publishing only notifications and information related to selection processes managed by the Area of Administrative and Service Staff. The publication of notifications and communications from the various authorities and the university executive, as well as the administrative units and services of the university, will be carried out gradually (Instruction 03/2015 of 28 September on the operation of the UAB electronic noticeboard).
- On 30 October 2015, the Academic, Researcher in Training and Research Support Staff Area was added, as a publishing area on the electronic noticeboard for notifications and communications relating to the selection processes within its remit (Annexe I of Instruction 03/2015, of 28 September).
- On 10 March 2016, the Institutional Coordination Office was added as a publishing area on the electronic noticeboard for notifications and communications required by the UAB Electoral Regulations in relation to the University's general election processes (Annexe II of Instrucció 03/2015, 28 September).
- In application of Article 58.3 of Law 26/2010 of 3 August on the Legal Regime and Procedural Rules of the Public Administrations of Catalonia, the UAB's electronic notice board replaces the publication of notifications and communications on the physical notice board. However, in order to ensure that users can adapt to the new publication method, a three-month transitional period is established during which both methods will be used concurrently.
The operation of this electronic noticeboard is governed by:
- Instruction 03/2015, of 28 de September, on the operation of the UAB electronic noticeboard.
- and the annexes of the instruction itself (Annexe I).
In accordance with the provisions of :
- Article 43 del Regulations on the Use of Electronic Media within the Universitat Autònoma, aapproved by Governing Council decision of 17 November 2010 and amended by a subsequent decision on 9 October 2013.
- and article 10 del Regulations for the Establishment of the Electronic Office of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, approved by Governing Council decision of 7 April 2010 and amended by a subsequent decision on 20 May 2015.
